    Connect your Shopify store

The thread knows where the shopper is.

  2. 2

    Approve what it can say

Products, policies, pairings. It sticks to that.

  3. 3

    A shopper leaves

Only shoppers your store may contact.

  4. 4

    The conversation starts

One message about that cart, over iMessage.

  5. 5

    Questions get answers

No answer on file? It says so and hands off.

  6. 6

They buy, and it stays friendly

    A fitting add-on, a check-in later.

  7. 7

    We earn when it works

Traced orders count, against a held-back group.

One stamp, or the whole card

Recovery tool only

One thread, whole card

  1. 1It opens a conversation about the cart.
  2. 2It answers from info the store approved.
  3. 3The shopper buys. The thread stays open.
  4. 4After purchase, a fitting add-on, then a check-in.
  5. 5When they run low, reordering is one reply.

The jobs one thread can do

  • 01

    Abandoned carts

They left something behind. We talk about that.

  • 02

    Abandoned checkouts

They almost finished. We ask what stopped them.

  • 03

    Product questions

A question gets an answer in the same thread.

  • 04

    Objections

Sizing, shipping, ingredients, policies. Only what you've approved.

  • 05

    Post-purchase follow-up

    A fitting add-on, then a check-in when a reorder is due.

How the shop gets paid

The shop's cut: 23% of attributable revenue, cart to reorder.

We keep 23% of the incremental revenue we can trace to a conversation. Nothing sells, nothing owed, and the rate is agreed in writing before launch.

  • Nothing sold, nothing owed

  • A held-back group sets the baseline

Hi Dana, it's been about five weeks since your first jar of the daily balm. How's it going?

Glad it's working. Want another small jar?

Regulars

does the big one work out cheaper

Shopper

From the store's prices: large is $30 and holds twice what the small ($18) does. Same formula in both.

Good call. Here's the link with the large jar ready.

Hi Marcus, the oat shampoo bar is still in your cart. Anything I can help with?

Regulars

does it have fragrance? I'm sensitive

Shopper

The product page's ingredient list shows no added fragrance. I can't say how your skin will take it, so read the full list first.

Shopper

Right here. It's on the product page under ingredients.

Your coffee is on its way, Lena. If you brew pour-over, the store sells filters for its dripper. Want to see them?

Regulars

I have a dripper already. which size filters

Shopper

The store lists sizes 2 and 4. Which dripper do you have?

Regulars

size 2

Shopper

Then the size 2 pack, $6. I can't say if it ships with your beans; the store decides at checkout.

House rules

  1. You hold the keys

You decide what the AI may talk about.

  2. Guardrails stay on

No discounts unless you allow them.

  3. It knows what you tell it

Product and policy info you approve, nothing more.

  4. A hand back to you

If it can't answer, it says so and passes the thread to you.

  5. Permission, STOP, quiet hours

Only shoppers you may contact. STOP honored. Quiet hours kept.

  6. How we count

A reply, link click or code must trace to the order, inside an agreed window.

  7. Shopify, with a log

Connects to your store. Every message is in a log you read.

Questions people ask first

How does the AI know what to say?

It uses the product and policy info you approve, and nothing else.

What if it doesn't know?

It says so, plainly, and can hand the thread to your team.

How do you attribute revenue?

An order counts when a reply, link click or code we sent traces to it, inside an agreed window. A random slice of shoppers is held back with no messages, and our share applies only to the extra revenue.

How does pricing work?

23% of the incremental revenue traced to a conversation, agreed in writing before launch. Nothing sells, nothing owed.

Is this just another SMS sequence?

No. A sequence replays fixed messages on a timer. This reads what the shopper says and answers.

How much control do I keep?

You approve what it says, set guardrails like no discounts unless you allow them, and read every message.

What stores is this for?

Shopify stores, especially ones with products people reorder or add-ons that pair well. Another platform? Ask and we'll say honestly.

How quickly can it launch?

Usually a short setup, scoped with you. We won't put a number of minutes on it.

What about permissions and compliance?

Messages go only to shoppers your store has permission to contact. STOP is honored and quiet hours are respected. Who gets contacted is your call.

iMessage or SMS?

iMessage is the main channel. If a device can't get iMessage, a fallback channel carries the thread.

I only care about recovery right now.

A fine place to start. Post-purchase follow-up is there when you want it, under the same rate.
